लाॅक डाउन अनुपालन के सम्बन्ध में जारी की गई गाइड लाइन को लेकर सख्ती शुरू

लाॅकडाउन 5.0 एवं अनलाॅक 1.0 के तहत जिलाधिकारी द्वारा जारी की गई गाइड लाइन का अनुपालन न करने वाले दुकानदारों के खिलाफ सख्ती शुरू कर दी गई है। गुरूवार को जिलाधिकारी डाॅ0 नितिन बंसल के आदेश पर नगर मजिस्ट्रेट वन्दना त्रिवेदी ने सीओ सिटी लक्ष्मीकान्त गौतम के साथ नगर के भीड़भाड़ वाले क्षेत्रों का औचक निरीक्षण कर सोशल डिस्टेन्सिंग तथा रोस्टर वाइज खुलने वाली दुकानों का जायजा लिया।
निरीक्षण के दौरान कोतवाली नगर के निकट एक दुकान बिना रोस्टर के खुली मिलने पर तत्काल दुकान को बन्द कराया गया तथा दुकान संचालक को कोतवाली लाकर चेतावनी के साथ छोड़ा गया। सिटी मजिस्ट्रेट ने चैक बाजार, महिला अस्पताल गेट के पास, रानी बाजार सहित शहर के विभिन्न भीड़भाड़ वाले क्षेत्रों का निरीक्षण कर दुकानदारों को सख्त हिदयात दी कि वे लोग व्यापार मण्डल द्वारा रोस्टर के अनुसार ही अपनी दुकानें खोलें जिससे सोशल डिस्टेन्सिंग मेनटेन हो सके। नगर मजिस्ट्रेट ने स्पष्ट किया है कि जो भी दुकानदार जनसामान्य जिला प्रशासन द्वारा जारी की गई गाइड लाइन का अनुपालन नहीं करेगा उसके विरूद्ध महामारी एक्ट के तहत कार्यवाही की जाएगी। उन्होने अपील की है कि लोगों को सोशल डिस्टेंन्सिंग का पालन करना चाहिए जिससे कोरोना वायरस को फैलने से रोकने में मदद मिल सके।

Strictly started regarding guide line issued regarding lock down compliance
Strict action has been initiated against shopkeepers who do not comply with the guide line issued by the District Magistrate under Lockdown 5.0 and Unlock 1.0. On Thursday, on the orders of District Magistrate Dr. Nitin Bansal, Municipal Magistrate Vandana Trivedi along with CO City Laxmikant Gautam conducted a surprise inspection of the congested areas of the city and reviewed the shops for opening of social distancing and roster wise.
During inspection, a shop near Kotwali town was found open without roster and immediately the shop was closed and the shop operator was brought to Kotwali with warning. The City Magistrate inspected various congested areas of the city including Chak Bazar, Mahila Hospital Gate, Rani Bazar, and gave strict instructions to the shopkeepers to open their shops according to the roster by the Board of Trade to enable social distancing maintenance. The city magistrate has clarified that action will be taken against the shopkeeper who does not comply with the guide line issued by the general district administration. He appealed that people should follow social distancing to help prevent the spread of corona virus.
