रिजर्व पुलिस लाइन गोंडा के सभागार कक्ष में किया गया अपराध गोष्ठी का आयोजन
आज पुलिस उपमहानिरीक्षक देवीपाटन रेंज गोंडा डॉ राकेश सिंह व पुलिस अधीक्षक गोंडा श्री राजकरन नय्यर द्वारा रिजर्व पुलिस लाइन गोंडा के सभागार कक्ष में अपराध गोष्ठी का आयोजन किया गया जिसमे उपस्थित सभी लोगों द्वारा मास्क धारण कर सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग का पालन किया गया। सर्वप्रथम पुलिस उपमहानिरीक्षक देवीपाटन रेंज ने कोरोना काल में जनपद गोण्डा की पुलिस द्वारा किए गए कर्तव्यपालन की सराहना की तथा आगे भी इसी तरह की ड्यूटी का निर्वहन करने के बारे में बताया। तत्पश्चात बाहर से आए हुए प्रवासी मजदूरों की निगरानी करने व जनपद में हो रही घटनाओं पर प्रभावी अंकुश लगाने के बारे में सभी थाना प्रभारियों को निर्देशित किया। पुलिस अधीक्षक गोण्डा ने जनपद में हो रही घटनाओं पर प्रभावी अंकुश लगाने, वांछित अपराधियों की शीघ्र गिरफ्तारी करने, भूमि विवाद से संबंधित प्रकरणों में प्राथमिकता के आधार पर आवश्यक निरोधात्मक कार्यवाही करने व कोविड-19 महामारी के दृष्टिगत सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग का पूर्णतया पालन करते हुए ड्यूटी के निर्वहन करने के निर्देश दिए। इसके साथ ही साथ थाने पर मौजूद त्यौहार रजिस्टर, भूमि विवाद रजिस्टर, ग्राम अपराध रजिस्टर आदि का अवलोकन कर पूर्व में किसी प्रकार के विवाद प्रकाश में आए हो तो उन पर प्रभावी निगरानी करते हुए नियमानुसार निरोधात्मक कार्यवाही करें।
बीट प्रणाली को और भी अधिक प्रभावी बनाया जाए बीट प्रणाली से संबंधित बीट प्रभारी अपनी अपनी जिम्मेदारी निभाए एवं सूचना एकत्र करें, एक सप्ताह के अंदर सभी की बीट बुक बनवाएं, सभी क्षेत्राधिकारी बीट बुक चेक करेंगे और उसकी रिपोर्ट पुलिस अधीक्षक को प्रेषित करेंगे। सभी क्षेत्राधिकारी थाना प्रभारी व चौकी प्रभारी अपने-अपने क्षेत्र में निरंतर भ्रमण सील रहे जिससे शरारती तत्वों पर कड़ाई से अंकुश लगाया जा सके। इसके साथ ही निर्देशित किया कि लूट व चोरी की घटनाओं पर अंकुश लगाने हेतु रात्रि में पेट्रोलिंग बढ़ाई जाए, प्रतिदिन वाहन चेकिंग, पैदल गस्त तथा रात्रि में बैंक/ एटीएम की प्रभावी चेकिंग करे, रात्रि 9:00 बजे के बाद कोई भी संदिग्ध व्यक्ति मिलता है तो उससे पूछताछ की जाए। विशेष अभियान चलाकर पेंडिंग विवेचना व एनसीआर का शीघ्र निस्तारण करें। पैरोल पर छूटे हुए व्यक्तियों पर विशेष नजर रखें। पीआरवी की रात्रि के समय पेट्रोलिंग बढ़ाएं और सभी क्षेत्राधिकारी रात्रि में पीआरवी की चेकिंग करें। थाने पर आने वाले लोगो को गेट पर ही मास्क लगाने के लिए कहे तथा उनके हाथ धुलवाये व सैनिटाइज करें तब अंदर प्रवेश करने दें। हर थाना एवं चौकी स्तर पर लंबित भूमि विवाद प्रकरणों का उच्चाधिकारी के संज्ञान में लाकर शीघ्र निस्तारण कराने के निर्देश दिए।
