प्रमुख सचिव खाद्य ने क्रय केन्द्रों का निरीक्षण कर जाना खरीद का हाल
तौल में गड़बड़ी की शिकायत पर होगी कठोर कार्यवाही- प्रमुख सचिव खाद्य
शुक्रवार को प्रमुख सचिव खाद्य एवं रसद उत्तर प्रदेश श्रीमती बीना कुमारी मीना द्वारा जनपद के गेहूं क्रय केन्द्रों तथा ब्लाक गोदामों का निरीक्षण किया गया। निरीक्षण के लिए जनपद पहंुची प्रमुख सचिव ने सबसे पहले करनैलगंज मण्डी में स्थापित विपणन विभाग के दो क्रय केन्द्रो करनैलगंज व हलधरमऊ का निरीक्षण किया। वहां पर उन्होंने किसानों से वार्ता कर तौल की जानकारी ली तथा पहले से तौल कराकर रखे गए बोरों को स्वयं के सामने फिर से तौलवाया तथा खाली बोरों का भी वजन कराया। तौल कराने पर तौल सही पाई गई। इसके बाद उन्होंने नमी मापक यंत्र से गेहूं की नमी को मपवाया तो नमी भी मानक अनुरूप पाई गई।
करनैलगंज में निरीक्षण के बाद प्रमुख सचिवप सीधे गोण्डा नवीन गल्ला मण्डी पहंुचीं। वहां पर उन्होनें संचालित 07 क्रय केन्द्रों का निरीक्षण किया तथा किसानों से बातचीत की। उन्होने गल्ला मण्डी में मण्डी के अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि आधुनिक नमी मापक यंत्र का प्रबन्ध कराने का निर्देश दिया। उन्होने डिप्टी आरएमओ को निर्देश दिए कि सरकार द्वारा मोबाइल खरीद केन्द्र की व्यवस्था की गई है। यदि कहीं आवश्यकता हो तो मोबाइल क्रय केन्द्र की भी खरीद कराएं। इसके अलावा ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में यदि आवश्यकता हो तो उपकेन्द्र खोलें जिससे किसानो को गेहूं बेंचने मे ंपरेशानी का सामना न करना पड़े। इसके बाद उन्होने डिप्टी आरएमओ से गेहूं खरीद के लक्ष्य व निर्धारित किए गए क्रय केन्द्रों में जानकारी ली तो ज्ञात हुआ कि गोण्डा में इस वर्ष शासन द्वारा 71 हजार मीटरिक टन गेहूं खरीद का लक्ष्य रखा गया है जिसके सापेक्ष अब तक 33675 मीटरिक टन गेहूं की खरीद की जा चुकी है। उन्होने बताया कि जनपद में 100 गेहूं क्रय केन्द्र बनाए गए हैं तथा अब तक जिले के 6091 किसानों ने अपना गेहूं क्रय केन्द्रों पर बेंचा है। प्रमुुख सचिव ने निरीक्षण के दोरान यह भी निर्देश दिए कि इस बात का पूरा ध्यान रखा जाए कि किसानों को गेहूं बेंचने में कोई दिक्कत न आए तथा समय से भुगतान भी कर दिया जाय। उन्होने कहा कि क्रय केन्द्रों पर सोशल डिस्टेन्सिंग का भी अनुपालन कराया जाय। उन्होंने चेतावनी दी कि कहीं भी तौल में गड़बड़ी की शिकायत मिलने पर निश्चित ही कठोर कार्यवाही की जाएगी।
इस दौरान अपर जिलाधिकारी राकेश सिंह, जिला पूर्ति अधिकारी वी0के0 महान, डिप्टी आरएमओ लाल बहादुर गुप्ता नगर मजिस्ट्रेट वन्दना त्रिवेदी, मण्डी सचिव, पूर्ति निरीक्षक सहित अन्य अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
