राष्ट्रीय विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण नई दिल्ली के निर्देशन में आगामी 11 जुलाई को जनपद न्यायालय गोण्डा एवं समस्त तहसीलों में राष्ट्रीय लोक अदालत का आयोजन किया जाएगा। यह जानकारी देते हुए सिविल जज सीनियर डिवीजन/प्रभारी सचिव जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण जयहिन्द कुमार सिंह ने बताया कि 11 जुलाई को आयोजित होने वाली लोक अदालत में राजस्व, मनरेगा, भूमि अधिग्रहण वादों, चकबन्दी, श्रम मामलों, माध्यस्थम प्रकरणों, नगर पालिका/नगर निगम, टैक्स वसूली मामलों, दीवानी वाद, इजराय वाद, लघु दाण्डिक वाद, मोटर दुर्घटना प्रतिकर वाद एवं अन्य सुलह समझौते के आधार पर होने वाले वादों का निस्तारण किया जाएगा। उन्होंने जनसामान्य से अपील की है कि वादकारी अवसर का लाभ उठाएं और लोक अदालत के माध्यम से अधिक से अधिक वादों को निस्तारित कराएं।

The National Lok Adalat will be organized in District Court Gonda and all tehsils on July 11 under the direction of National Legal Services Authority, New Delhi. Giving this information, Civil Judge Senior Division / Secretary in-charge, District Legal Services Authority Jaihind Kumar Singh informed that the revenue court, MNREGA, land acquisition promises, consolidation, labor matters, arbitration cases, municipal affairs / municipality / city will be held on July 11. Promises to be settled on the basis of corporation, tax collection cases, civil suit, Israeli suit, minor criminal suit, motor accident compensation suit and other conciliation agreement. He appealed to the general public to take advantage of the opportunity and get more and more promises delivered through Lok Adalat.
