होम डिलीवरी की सुविधा देगें होटल व रेस्टोरेन्ट संचालक, जारी किए गए नम्बर
अनलाॅक 1.0 के तहत शासन के निर्देशानुसार सोमवार को जनपद के धार्मिक स्थल, होटल, रेस्टोरेन्ट आदि खोल दिए गए। जिलाधिकारी डा0 नितिन बंसल के निर्देश पर नगर मजिस्ट्रेट वन्दना त्रिवेदी तथा मुख्य खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारी ने नगर क्षेत्र के प्रमुख होटल एवं रेस्टोरेन्ट संचालकों के साथ बैठक कर सोशल डिस्टेेन्सिंग का कड़ाई से अनुपालन सुनिश्चिित कराने हेतु जरूरी निर्देश दिए।
बैठक में नगर मजिस्ट्रेट ने स्पष्ट किया कि शासन केनिर्देशानुसार होटल व रेस्टोरेन्ट खोलने की अनुमति दी गई है, परन्तु कोरोना महामारी को फैलने से रोकने के लिए शासन द्वारा जारी की गई गाइड लाइन का सख्ती से अनुपालन सुनिश्चित कराया जायेगा। उन्हांेने मुख्य खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारी को निर्देश दिए हैं कि जनपद के होटल एवं रेस्टोरेन्ट संचालकों का एक व्हाट्सएप गु्रप बनाकर सूचनाओं एवं उच्चादेशों का आदान-प्रदान किया जाय तथा इसकी सघन मानीटरिंग की जाय। बैठक में सभी होटल एवं रेस्टोरेन्ट संचालकों को सख्त निर्देश दिए गए कि सभी होटल एवं रेस्टोरेन्ट्स पर थर्मल स्कैनर अनिवार्यतः रखा जाय तथा स्टाफ सहित हर आने वाले व्यक्ति की थर्मल स्क्रीनिंग कराने के बाद ही उन्हें प्रवेश दिया जाय। लक्षण दिखने वाले लोगों को होटल में कतई प्रवेश नहीं दिया जाएगा। होटलों एवं रेस्टोरेन्ट में आने वाले प्रत्येक व्यक्ति के मोबाइल में आरोग्य सेतु एप अनिवार्य रूप से डाउनलोड कराया जाय तथा होटल या रेस्टोरेन्ट में बिना मास्क के किसी भी व्यक्ति को प्रवेश कतई नहीं दिया जायेगा। सभी होटलों एवं रेस्टोरेन्ट के सीसीटीवी कैमरे चालू रहेगें तथा होटलों में भीड़ इकट्ठा होने वाले कोई भी कार्यक्रम आयोजित नहीं किए जाएगें। फूड कोर्ट में होटल की क्षमता के सापेक्ष सिर्फ पचास प्रतिशत ही लोेगों को बैठने की अनुमति होगी। ग्राहक के टेबल छोड़ने के तुरन्त बाद टेबल को सैनीटाइज करना अनिवार्य होगा तथा होटल में बच्चों के खेलने के लिए गेमिंग जोन पूरी तरह से बन्द रहेगें। उन्होंने होटल में ऐसी व्यवस्था बनाने के निर्देश दिए हैं जिससे सोशल डिस्टेन्सिंग का पालन हो सके.
नगर मजिस्ट्रेट ने होटल एवं रेस्टोरेन्ट से वार्ता के बाद इस बात पर विशेष जोर दिया कि सभी होटल एवं रेस्टोरेन्ट संचालक होम डिलीवरी को प्राथमिकता दें जिससे उनके प्रतिष्ठानों में अनावश्यक भीड़ न हो। जनसामान्य की सहूलियत व सोशल डिस्टेन्सिंग का पालन कराने के लिए होटल व रेस्टोरेन्ट संचालकों का मोबाइल नम्बर भी जारी किया गया है जिस पर काॅल करके कोई भी व्यक्ति होम डिलीवरी के माध्यम से अपने पंसन्द की खाद्य सामग्री मंगा सकता है। होम डिलीवरी करने वाले व्यक्ति की भी डिलीवरी के पहले अनिवार्य रूप से थर्मल स्क्रीनिंग कराई जाएगी।

Hotel and restaurant operators will give home delivery facility, numbers released
According to the instructions of the government under Unlock 1.0, religious places, hotels, restaurants etc. were opened on Monday. On the instructions of District Magistrate Dr. Nitin Bansal, the City Magistrate Vandana Trivedi and the Chief Food Safety Officer, after meeting with the leading hotel and restaurant operators of the city area, gave necessary instructions to ensure strict compliance of social distancing.
At the meeting, the Municipal Magistrate clarified that permission has been given to open hotels and restaurants as per the instructions of the government, but to prevent the spread of Corona epidemic, strict adherence to the guide line issued by the government will be ensured. He has instructed the Chief Food Safety Officer that a WhatsApp group of hotel and restaurant operators of the district should be made to share information and instructions and closely monitor it. In the meeting, strict instructions were given to all hotel and restaurant operators that thermal scanners should be compulsorily kept at all hotels and restaurants and they should be admitted only after conducting thermal screening of every incoming person including staff. People who show signs will not be allowed to enter the hotel at all. Arogya Setu app must be downloaded in the mobile of every person coming to hotels and restaurants and no person will be allowed to enter the hotel or restaurant without a mask. CCTV cameras of all hotels and restaurants will remain operational and no crowd gathering programs will be organized in hotels. Only fifty percent of the people will be allowed to sit in the food court relative to the capacity of the hotel. It will be mandatory to sanitize the table immediately after the customer leaves the table and the gaming zones will be completely closed for the children to play in the hotel. He has given instructions to make such arrangements in the hotel so that social distancing can be followed.
After talks with the hotel and restaurant, the city magistrate laid special emphasis that all hotel and restaurant operators prioritize home delivery so that there is no unnecessary congestion in their establishments. Mobile number of hotel and restaurant operators has also been released to facilitate public convenience and social distancing, on which anyone can call and ask for their favorite food items through home delivery. Home delivery person will also be mandatorily given thermal screening before delivery.
