बलवा करने के 06 आरोपी अभियुक्त गिरफ्तार- थाना खोड़ारे गोण्डा

दिनांक 26.05.2020 को उक्त अभियुक्तगणों द्वारा पुराने विवाद के चलते एक राय होकर वादी मो0उमर पुत्र अल्लादीन नि0 समसापुर थाना खोड़ारे जनपद गोण्डा के घर में घुसकर गाली-गुप्ता देते हुए वादी तथा वादी के घर के सदस्यों को मारे पीटे थे तथा गाड़ी को तोड़ फोड़ दिए थे । जिसके सम्बन्ध में वादी द्वारा थाना खोडारे में उक्त अभियुक्तों के विरूद्ध अभियोग पंजीकृत कराया गया था। 

अभियुक्तों के नाम कुछ इस प्रकार -

(01). करीमुल्ला पुत्र अब्दुल्ला नि0 समसापुर थाना खोड़ारे जनपद गोण्डा ।

(02). मसरूर उर्फ भुल्लू पुत्र बैसुल्ला नि0 समसापुर थाना खोड़ारे जनपद गोण्डा ।

(03). सफीउल्ला पुत्र झीगुर नि0 समसापुर थाना खोड़ारे जनपद गोण्डा ।

(04). सहाबुद्दीन पुत्र फारुख नि0 समसापुर थाना खोड़ारे जनपद गोण्डा ।

(05). इस्तियाक पुत्र हफीजउल्ला नि0 समसापुर थाना खोड़ारे जनपद गोण्डा ।

(06) इरफान पुत्र किफायतुल्ला नि0 समसापुर थाना खोड़ारे जनपद गोण्डा l

                 जिसमें आज दिनांक 07.06.2020 को थाना खोड़ारे पुलिस ने उक्त आरोपी अभियुक्तों को मुखबिर की सूचना पर गिरफ्तार कर माननीय न्यायालय रवाना कर दिया गया ।

On 26.05.2020, due to the old dispute by the said accused, the plaintiff and the members of the house of the plaintiff were beaten up and broke into the car while entering and abusing the house of plaintiff Mohammad Umar son Alladin N Samasapur police station Khodare district Gonda.  Were given  In respect of which an indictment was registered by the plaintiff at the police station Khodare against the said accused.

 The names of the accused are as follows -
 (01).  Karimulla son Abdulla, Samasapur police station Khodare district Gonda.
 (02).  Masroor alias Bhullu son Baisulla, Samasapur police station Khodare district Gonda.
 (03).  Safiullah son Zhigur, Samasapur police station Khodare district Gonda.
 (04).  Sahabuddin son Farukh N Samasapur police station Khodare district Gonda.
 (05).  Istiak's son Hafizullah, Mr. Samasapur police station Khodare district Gonda.
 (06) Irfan Putra Kifayatullah, Samasapur Police Station Khodare District Gonda.
 In which police station Khodare was arrested on 07.06.2020 today on the information of the said accused and sent to the Honorable Court.
